Please include what this payment is for including: your organization, event title and date, and individual participant names. If your organization would like an invoice to prompt payment processing, please send an email to finance@eracce.org. Thank you! 

Cancellation Policy

ERACCE is a small nonprofit that depends on stable revenue from our workshops to do our vital work. If you cancel:

• Within two weeks of workshop date: There is no refund.

• Within 30-14 days of workshop: You can request a 50% refund OR register for a future workshop to apply your fee to. Rescheduling participants must complete the rescheduled workshop within 6 months of their first cancellation. 

• Over 30 days before workshop: You can request a full refund (minus the processing fee, if applicable)

• Seats are transferable within an organization up to the start of the workshop.
